After 3 days without a shower and living on a boat, I am finally home and clean :) Was a lovely break but I don't think I could live on a canal boat...too small and very basic 'facilities'. Minging is all I can describe my hair after not washing it for 4 days.
This morning before departing I managed a 2 mile jog very dehydrated and on only 4 hours sleep...and it was raining.
Anyway, tired and happy to be home. Trying to find my errant blog 'post' from yesterday - I promise I did do it but due to google+ issues and my rubbish phone, it seems to have disappeared!
